I have not worked out in them yet but I tried them on and it is so soft, not to mention thick. I normally buy S in tights but given that most of the reviewers said it gets a little slack when using it, I went down to an XS and it fits like a S...with room left! I was worried that it will be too snug in the waist but it is not.So I definitely recommend these leggings but you may want to go down a size from your normal.I have tried out other brand of workout clothes (Nike, Lululemon, Hard Tail, Prana, etc.) and Beyond Yoga is really superior. I have previously bought other Beyond Yoga leggings, shorts and tops, and they have been consistently excellent. The fit, material and construction is sturdy but soft and comfortable. They are not skimpy and provide really good opaque coverage during workouts. Sometimes, in my barre class, you can tell the color of the underwear the woman in front of you is wearing - there is no such issue with these leggings, no matter what position you are in. They really stand up to many, many washings. I am 5 feet 1 inch tall and the length is exactly like in the picture shown. I wish Amazon had more selection and variety of colors.I really like the way the yoga pants feel. But on my body, the pants want to fall off unless I wear cotton under panties. But I am about seven pounds above my normal weight, so I am thinking that the extra weight mostly around my waist and hips may be the problem. Others who wear the really small sizes seem not to have my experience.The fabric feels comfortable, and flexes easily for poses such as eagle pose or tree pose.I love BY yoga wears, and this legging fits nicely when I tried it on. however, 30 minutes into my hot yoga class, the waistband starts getting too loose and I had to keep hiking it up until the end of the class. the material is so nice and the fit is nice when it's dry.. the tummy area got too loose during exercise. Should have gotten XS instead of my usual S.Love the pink color, keeps me motivated every time I see myself in class. Only draw back is that they run a little large on the waist. I ordered SM, but after class everything seems loose, so next pair XS should fit better. Great material thick enough you can wear with out underwear.fluffs and lintsNot sure these are comfy but do not hold you in as well as some others do...on sale get um...otherwise skip it...No camel toe, no muffin top, and no sweat lines. These are perfect. I DO think they will eventually start pilling, but these are the best I've found so far. They're supportive without being restrictive and super flattering. I was worried they wouldn't be because I'm short (and thin) but also curvy. I think they actually make me look a little taller.
